Medical Section at the Goetheanum
The Medical Section at the Goetheanum is one of 11 specialist sections belonging to the School of Spiritual Science at the Goetheanum in Dornach/Switzerland.
Its tasks involve coordinating and supporting research and development of Anthroposophic Medicine and therapy worldwide, and organizing training and continued training courses. Work is also done in the legal field to promote free choice of treatment and diversity of scientific method.
The Section works at three levels in both national and international domains:
• Research, development and training in relevant spheres of professional work
• Coordination of the Section’s various activities and modes of work, and the professional fields it oversees
• Nurturing of both interdisciplinary collaboration and professional contacts with representatives of specialist fields in academic settings, in the cultural life, in politics and in the social sphere. more
